Surcharge And Service Terms:

1.  Disposal time is rounded to the next hour.  There is no pro-rata on hourly disposal rates.

 

2.  For hourly disposals, time exceeding by more than 15 mins of the stipulated end-time will be charged as an additional hour. There is no refund on booking time not utilised.

 

3.  Midnight Charge of S$15.00 per hour (per way for transfers) applies for any services between 2300 hrs and 0659 hrs.                 

 

4.  Additional entry charges into SENTOSA island are not inclusive of the above rates and are to be borne by client (except hotel guests, residents on the island or pax with authorized entry).                  

 

5.  For arrival transfers, there is a complimentary waiting time of 1 hour from flight landing time. Thereafter a waiting surcharge will be imposed at $10.00/10 mins, capped at $20.00 for the first 20 mins.  If waiting time further exceeds, the transfer will be converted to a minimum 2 hrs hourly disposal at prevailing rates.

 

6.  There is a complimentary waiting time of 15 mins for Point to Point & Departure transfers.  Thereafter a waiting surcharge will be imposed at $10.00/10 mins, capped at $20.00 for the first 20 mins.  If waiting time further exceeds, the transfer will be converted to a minimum 2 hrs hourly disposal at prevailing rates.

 

7.  S$20.00 surcharge (S$50.00 for Mercedes S-class) is applicable for each extra en route pick-up / drop off point (for transfers only).

          
8.  Outskirts / Out-Of-Way surcharge of S$15.00 per way may apply for certain locations. Pls enquire during booking.

 

9.  Peak season surcharge may apply such as Chinese New Year period.

 

10.  There is a surcharge of $15.00 for all minivan models and $20.00 for all limousines during the Formula 1 (F1) race season.

 

11.  Cancellation charge of 50% of the booking fees will be imposed on all cancelled bookings received within 24 hrs of service time.
